EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS:
We endeavour to see patients with acute dental symptoms on the day they are reported, if the patients call the practice before 11.00am.
Practice Complaints Procedure
We take patient's complaints seriously at the practice.
If you are unhappy about any aspect of the service we provide and you wish to complaints
please contact Dr Olurotimi Adesanya either in writing or orally.
Dr Adesanya will acknowledge your complaints within 3 working days.
If Dr Adesanya is absent, please contact the practice co-ordinator who will acknowledge your complaints and will advise you when Dr Adesanya will return to investigate your complaints
We aim to always resolve any complaints locally.
In the event we are unable to resolve the complaints locally we will refer you the Health Ombudsman.
