We endeavor to see patients with acute dental symptoms on the day they are reported if the patients call the practice at 9:00 am.

Practice Complaints Procedure

We take patients’ complaints seriously at the practice. If you are unhappy about any aspect of the service we provide and you wish to complain please contact Practice Manager Kelly Daynes either in writing or orally. Kelly Daynes will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days. If Kelly Daynes is absent, please contact our reception team who will acknowledge your complaint and will advise you when Kelly Daynes will return to investigate it. We aim to always resolve any complaints locally. In the event we are unable to resolve the complaints locally we will refer you to the Health Ombudsman.
